Substance: Human Growth Hormone

In the human body, growth hormone is produced by the pituitary gland. It exists at particularly high levels during adolescence when it promotes tissue growth, protein deposition and degradation of subcutaneous fat stores. On endogenous maturation, GH levels decrease, but remain in the body at a much lower level. In the body, the structure of growth hormone is a sequence of 191 amino acids. Once scientists have isolated this hormone, many are convinced that it will have exceptional therapeutic properties. It would be particularly effective in cases of pituitary deficiency dwarfism, the drug re-establishing perhaps a much more linear growth if administered in adolescence.

The contents came from a biological origin, the hormone being extracted from the pituitary glands of human bodies and prepared by medical injection. This method of production, however, was short-lived because it was linked to the spread of a rare and fatal brain disease. Today, virtually all forms of are synthetically manufactured. The recombination process is very complex. using mouse or e-coli cell lines transformed to produce the hormonal structure. It is very unlikely that you are going through the market (like Grorm) because these products should be abandoned. Here in the United States, two structurally distinct compounds are manufactured for the pharmaceutical market. Eli Lilly Labs’ humatrope contains the correct sequence of 191 amino acids, while Genentech’s Protropin has 192. This extra amino acid slightly increases the risk of developing an antibody reaction to growth hormone. The 191 amino acids are more accurate, but the difference is not great. Protropin is still considered an effective product for anabolic 2002 and is prescribed regularly. Outside the United States, the vast majority of circulating elements will match the correct sequence of 191 amino acids, so this distinction is not a serious problem.

Its growth is also known to strengthen connective tissue, cartilage and tendons. This effect should be reduced to susceptibility to injury and increase the lifting capacity (strength). HGH is also a safe medicine for the “piss test”. Although it is not a reliable method. This clearly shows other professional bodybuilders, strength athletes and Olympic competitors, who are able to use this drug directly at a competition. There is no doubt that a reliable test for the exogenous administration of growth hormone has been developed and is about to be implemented. Until this happens, growth hormone will remain a highly sought after drug by the tested athlete.

The average athlete will generally need a dose of between 4 and 6 IU. per day for the best results. On the bottom maybe 1 to 2 I.U. can be used daily, but it remains a considerable expense. The daily dosage is important because HGH has a very short lifespan in the body. Peak blood levels are reported rapidly (2 to 6 hours) after injection and the hormone is eliminated from the body with a half-life of only 20-30 minutes. Clearly, it does not stay very long, making it difficult to maintain stable blood levels. The effects of this medicine are also more pronounced when used for longer periods. Some do not use it for short periods, but only to look for fat loss. To this end, a cycle of at least four weeks would be used. This compound can be administered by both intramuscular and subcutaneous injection. “Sub-Q” injections are particularly known for producing localized fat loss, requiring the user to change the injection sites regularly to mitigate the effect. A general loss of fat seems to be the most characteristic feature. It appears that the fat burning properties of this drug are more apparent and less dependent on high doses.
